Gamer's Opinion

The Drakengard spin-off, NieR, was made as two separate games, NieR RepliCant for the Japanese audience, a game where you play a pretty Japanese boy brother trying to find a cure for his sister's disease, and NieR Gestalt for the western audience, a game where you play an ugly buff man trying to find a cure for his daughter's disease, both games are exactly the same except for this part. The former only released, fully in Japanese, for PS3 and the latter, voiced fully and only in English, for XBox 360. Eventually, the western audience got a PlayStation version, though it ended up being simply a port of Gestalt, instead of the actual PlayStation version, RepliCant.
